We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s). After this period, we are unable to accept returns.
Return Shipping Costs
Returns are at the customer’s own expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as the items remain your responsibility until they reach us.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund, returned items must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Have all original tags attached
- Be returned in original packaging
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item, please return your purchase and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note:
- We do not offer store credit
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale or discounted items
- Items returned after 14 days
- Used, damaged items or items missing original tags/packaging
How to Initiate a Return

- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
We will provide the return address and instructions by email.
